I research, create, and edit every single video myself because health is an important topic for me. I know what it feels like to be stuck, overwhelmed, and searching for answers that actually make sense. I also know what it's like to want to be healthier but barely have the time to think about it, let alone do anything about it. We are busy. We have jobs, families, responsibilities, and about a hundred other things demanding our attention. That's exactly why I'm so passionate about making health simple, because it should fit into your life, not take it over. And being lazy here isn't a bad thing. It just means doing less, but doing the right things.
